I am a tertiary qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, group facilitator and clinical supervisor (for counsellors).

I work with adults to help them explore what matters most, gain insight, and discover new ways of being that feel authentic and aligned. This can mean different things to different people. Whether you are practical-minded and have a specific concern you want to work through and resolve, or whether there is a deeper emotional terrain you would like to navigate with more ease, I am here to support you.

I work using holistic and humanistic, process-oriented and body-based approaches. My influences and training include Person-Centred Psychotherapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, psychodynamic and systemic approaches, and inner parts work such as Voice Dialogue. I had the pleasure of training directly with the founders of Voice Dialogue, and their relational, experiential ethos continues to inform my work.

My approach is steady, human and inclusive. I trust that you bring your own sense of what works for you, and I am guided by curiosity, presence and respect for each person’s experience. I also bring my professional experience, theoretical grounding and a discerning eye for patterns and blind spots. It is a collaborative process, and when it works well, it can be deeply rewarding.

Alongside my individual clinical practice, I am an experienced counselling supervisor, tertiary educator and group facilitator. I offer clinical and professional supervision, reflective practice, and training workshops for counsellors, psychotherapists and other practitioners seeking to develop confidence, depth and skill in their work.

As the success of a therapeutic relationship relies more on fit than it does on skill, I offer prospective clients an initial 30-minute consultation free of charge to ensure my practice is the right fit for your needs.
