Mental Health Nurse & Meditation Practitioner

I am a mental health nurse, meditation practitioner, mindful self-compassion teacher and nutritional therapist.

I wholeheartedly believe in prevention before intervention.

With specialist mental health and trauma-informed psychotherapy training, I blend clinical expertise with eastern philosophies and practices, to help busy professionals press pause and take care of themselves in ways that align with their schedules and values.

I curate modern meditations, mindfulness programs and restorative retreats that spark motivation, grow confidence and nurture consistency, creating opportunities for meaningful change so you can continue to reap the benefits of a mindful mind, for life.

When I am not on the job, you can find me walking along the beach trails in Sandringham, listening to podcasts while cooking, watching Marvel films or reading in my favourite nook.
