Sarah comes from a background of diverse experience to provide individualised support for all children and adults. She has a special interest in eating disorders including ARFID, disordered eating, gut concerns and children’s fussy eating. Her experience includes 15 years at a tertiary children’s Hospital, establishment of the Dietetics component for a Day Program for treatment of Eating Disorders, and over 10 years in Private Practice.
Sarah thrives on working with individuals to identify and work through their areas of concern, at a pace that balances empowerment with change. Her greatest satisfaction comes from the sense of freedom that can come from liberating the limitations around food and eating, irrespective of the cause. Sarah has full qualification in Paediatrics and has trained in counselling, family-led recovery, adolescent-led recovery and ARFID.
