She works with both individuals and couples, creating a warm, supportive, and non-
judgemental environment where clients feel safe to explore challenges and develop practical strategies for change.
Jacqui has advanced training as a Level II PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couples
Therapy) therapist, having studied with internationally renowned clinician Dr Stan Tatkin.
PACT combines adult attachment theory, neuroscience, and developmental psychology to
help couples better understand relationship patterns, improve communication, resolve
conflict, and build secure, connected partnerships.
Jacqui was invited to become a PACT Ambassador, supporting and coaching psychologists undertaking advanced PACT training.
Jacqui began her career specialising in family violence, working with both men using abusive or controlling behaviours and women experiencing domestic and family violence. This experience has given her deep insight into relationship dynamics, emotional regulation, trauma, and behavioural change. Throughout her career, she has also designed and facilitated therapeutic programs in anger management, parenting, stress management, mindfulness, depression, and behaviour change.
In addition to relationship therapy, Jacqui is trained in EMDR, mindfulness and clinical
hypnosis, integrating these approaches where appropriate to support emotional wellbeing,
resilience, and personal growth. She has mentored CEOs, executives, managers, and other
professionals, provided clinical supervision for psychologists and counsellors, and taught
psychology at a Melbourne university.
Jacqui is also an author, public speaker, and relationship expert. She is the author of Rewire
Your Relationship: A Practical Guide to Creating a Loving and Passionate Relationship,
which helps couples understand adult attachment patterns and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships. Her expertise has been featured in Women's Health, Cleo, and Girlfriend magazines, and she has contributed to the online relationship platform Love Destination.
Clients value Jacqui's compassionate, practical, and collaborative approach. She believes
meaningful change begins with understanding ourselves and our relationships, and she is
passionate about helping people build emotional resilience, healthier connections, and more satisfying lives.
