Ariana is an experienced physiotherapist with a compassionate, holistic, and evidence-based approach to wellness. Ariana believes that you are the expert on your own body, and that, with collaboration and guidance, you can regain confidence in your body and improve your quality of life. Ariana  has a special interest in women’s and men’s pelvic health, as well as physiotherapy for chronic pain and chronic health conditions.

Pelvic health physiotherapy includes:

  • Pelvic floor muscle dysfunction (offering non-invasive assessment)
