Specialising in the eating disorder and body dissatisfaction space, Amy is an integrative physiotherapist who leads with her own lived experience to work alongside clients who seek to develop a holistic relationship with movement.
Extensive training in pilates, therapeutic yoga and strength work uniquely places Amy to incorporate movement based strategies into mental health care.
She embodies person centred, trauma informed care, using her own journey to foster connection and hope. A key component of Amy’s practice is redefining perceptions of health and wellbeing within the context of diet culture.
Her expertise also extends to fatigue, pain, POTs and other chronic disease management. Amy’s offerings include one on one consultation, individual movement programming and group work. She works with all ages in a face to face or telehealth capacity, making her accessible to all clients.
